AG Wilson Celebrates Double Success at the 2026 Responsible Business Awards NI
AG Wilson is celebrating a remarkable achievement after receiving two prestigious honours at the 2026 Responsible Business Awards NI, recognising the company’s commitment to employee wellbeing and responsible business leadership.
The company was named winner of the Wellbeing at Work Award, while Managing Director Richard Chambers received the Responsible Business Ambassador Award.
The Wellbeing at Work Award recognises AG Wilson's ongoing investment in creating a healthy, supportive and inclusive workplace. Through a strong focus on employee wellbeing, health and safety, personal development and workplace culture, the company continues to place its people at the centre of its success.
The Responsible Business Ambassador Award recognises Richard Chambers' leadership in embedding responsible business principles throughout the organisation and championing positive change within the wider business community.
The awards, organised by Business in the Community Northern Ireland (BITCNI), celebrate organisations and individuals who are making a positive impact through responsible business practices, supporting people, communities and sustainable growth. The 2026 event marked the 21st year of the awards and brought together leading organisations from across Northern Ireland to celebrate excellence in responsible business. The awards were presented at a black-tie ceremony at the ICC Belfast, hosted by Mark Simpson and Sarah Travers.
Richard Chambers said, ‘I’m incredibly grateful for the recognition, but this award is really a reflection of the fantastic people I have the privilege of working alongside every day at AG Wilson, as well as our clients, partners and communities who continue to challenge and support us to do better.’
The double success reinforces AG Wilson’s commitment to not only high-quality infrastructure projects but also a business that delivers lasting value for its people, customers and communities throughout Northern Ireland. Congratulations to all the organisations recognised on the night and thank you to BITCNI for hosting a fantastic event.
