AG Wilson Recognised with RoSPA Gold Award
AG Wilson has been recognised with a prestigious RoSPA Gold Award, one of the UK’s most respected accolades for health and safety performance. The RoSPA Awards, now in their 70th year, are the world’s largest health and safety awards programme, attracting more than 2,000 entries from almost 60 countries in 2026
The award recognises organisations that demonstrate robust health and safety management systems, a strong safety culture and an ongoing commitment to protecting their workforce, supply chain partners and the wider public.
The award reflects the consistent effort made across AG Wilson to embed health, safety and wellbeing into every aspect of our operations.
Health and safety is a shared responsibility at AG Wilson. We engage employees at all levels through toolbox talks, daily safety briefings and open forums where ideas, feedback and concerns are encouraged and valued. Standdown days focus on topics such as occupational health risks and workforce health. The Standdown days also provide targeted training and encouraging open discussion.
Our employees regularly participate in wider safety campaigns, including annual participation in the CEF Safety Reboot and the Responsible Driving Campaign and Fatal Five, helping to reinforce safe behaviours and promote a culture of shared responsibility.
At AG Wilson, health and safety is a core value that shapes how we plan, deliver and evaluate our work. The achievement demonstrates our belief that everyone has a role to play in creating a safe, healthy and supportive workplace.
