We are now seeking a self-motivated and driven Junior Civil Engineer to join our expanding team - This role would also suit a Graduate with site experience

About the Role:
As a Junior Site Engineer, you will work closely with a Senior Project Engineer and the wider site management team to support the successful delivery of civil engineering projects - with a focus on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on, site-based role that offers significant career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Assist with site setting out, surveying and level control
- Support the delivery of construction works in accordance with programme timelines
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors and clients to ensure project objectives are met
- Assist with site documentation using the company’s digital systems and apps
- Promote and maintain HSEQ standards across the site
- Monitor and report on site progress and performance
What We Expect From You:
- A degree or higher-level qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop under the guidance of senior team members
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative
- IT literacy and ability to use company digital apps for site documentation
- Working knowledge of construction-related software i.e AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous site experience gained through placement or graduate employment
- Familiarity with GPS and total station equipment
- Understanding of site documentation processes and CDM regulations
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
