Purchase Ledger Clerk - Maternity Cover

AG Wilson have an opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance department.

Position is temporary to cover a period of maternity leave. Hours are Part-time 9am-5pm Mon-Thurs

Responsibilities include but not limited to;

  • Matching, checking and coding invoices
  • Setting up new supplier accounts & maintain existing
  • Data entry & filing invoices
  • Any other duties deemed neccessary by management to facilitate smooth running of office


Essential criteria

  • Working experience of Sage line 50
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Pleasant telephone manner
