Purchase Ledger Clerk - Maternity Cover
AG Wilson have an opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance department.
Position is temporary to cover a period of maternity leave. Hours are Part-time 9am-5pm Mon-Thurs
Responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Matching, checking and coding invoices
- Setting up new supplier accounts & maintain existing
- Data entry & filing invoices
- Any other duties deemed neccessary by management to facilitate smooth running of office
Essential criteria
- Working experience of Sage line 50
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Pleasant telephone manner
