Due to continued growth, AG Wilson seek to recruit an experienced SHEQ Coordinator to join our SHEQ team. This is a full time, permanent role based in Northern Ireland.

Essential Criteria;

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within construction or civils industry.
  • NEBOSH Qualification
  • IOSH Membership (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience of ISO Management Systems

Responsibilities Include;

  • Carry out site inspections / audits
  • Assist with IMS administration (ISO 9001; 14001 & 45001)
  • Assist with incident reporting, investigation and accident trend analysis
  • Coordinate Health Surveillance and implementation of workplace health and well-being plans
  • Assist with training needs analysis
  • Assist with delivery of Company Social Value initiatives
  • Monitor Subcontractor Compliance
  • Support site teams with digital site documentation
  • Preparation of Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans
  • Review of site specific RAMS
  • Preparation and issue of safety alerts and toolbox talks
  • Assist with SHEQ bid writing for PQQ and ITT submissions
  • Any adhoc duties
