Work Well Live Well - Employee Health & Wellbeing

AG Wilson are proud to support the Work Well Live Well programme which is delivered by Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke and it’s aim is to improve the health and wellbeing of employees.

Back in March 2022 we invited our workforce to complete an online Health and Wellbeing Survey to determine what they felt would be beneficial to support their health and wellbeing in the workplace. This was an opportunity for our employees to detail any ideas that they felt would help to improve health and wellbeing at work. Since then, we have implemented a 3 year workplace health and wellbeing plan (WHWP) with targeted initiatives.

AG Wilson were delighted to be recognised for our commitment to improving and championing employee health and wellbeing at a recent awards ceremony held at The Rabbit Hotel & Retreat. This was a fantastic event which motivated and inspired us to further develop our planning of health and wellbeing initiatives and policy into 2023.
